At the top of Silver Lake in Madison, NH is a beautiful historic building that has served the community is many ways including as an Inn and local pub. From the front porch is a lovely view straight down the length of Silver Lake, and from the side yard facing the back is this wonderful view of Mt. Chocorua. The building itself is a worthy painting subject but I could not resist the unexpected view of the mountain!
